Shipping Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Vance Wood Golf & Beyond If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping policy
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!
We offer free shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most orders will arrive within 4 to 8 business days. Because our items are shipped from various sources/warehouses we don’t offer upgraded/or expedited shipping options. We utilize USPS, FEDEX, and UPS depending on shipping location, customer location.
Some items are sent to you direct from our suppliers/manufacturers.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vance@vancewood.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
